As a strategic partner to Meta, I led several website and social media enhancement projects for Meta's Employment Brand Team. From task management to research and design, I was an integral part of their team. My interdisciplinary guidance—informed by a user-centered, data-driven point of view—was leading progress towards their business goal of staying one step ahead of the competition for talent.

Reimagining social assets

My team and I developed adaptable ways to showcase the people and culture at Meta. We created design systems to expand their visual identity across the Life at Meta channels, all using their existing processes and tools. We established a flexible suite of options to create a cohesive look and feel.

We also reimagined existing brand assets, making every social post more accessible and vibrant. Our impact introduced efficiency to their workflow­—and established a standardized, on-brand suite of options for brand managers.

Creating campaigns

Part of my role as Creative Director was to be a good partner to my clients as things were changing, specifically in 2020. I helped create powerful, yet simple ideas while considering design flexibility for future campaigns. We helped Meta bring employee voices to life across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn with dynamic, on-brand visual and motion design.

Website refresh

Starting with their job application flow, I worked closely with user experience experts to balance engineering feasibility and brand compatibility. We then tackled the product pages, amplifying and supporting each of Meta’s areas of work. Lastly, I worked with the UX team to create a sleek, flexible careers homepage that could support strategic objectives like highlighting remote work opportunities. Ultimately, my team and I created a careers site with a totally different look and feel than what came before, with elevated interactivity, advanced typography, vibrant colors, and compelling graphics, all of which promoted the ultimate goal of increasing visitor engagement.

CarMax Employer Brand Refresh

Looking to refresh the CarMax Employer Brand, the team and I created 2 distinct and compelling manifestos and supporting visual elements to leverage  CarMax’s “Love What You Do” platform. We used a multi phase approach, starting with mood boards, and then creating billboards, digital ads, and a website refresh.
